This week we have been working on our typeradio project.
eye haf emailed around some companies and should hopefully get hold of some paper samples at some point...
My typeradio is okay-ish, but needs ALOT of work... eye need to start getting my ideas into indesign so eye know whats possible and go about it that way, rather than comming up with a concept then finding its too complicated..
eye was just generally scouting the net today for pdf magazines and music magazines to have a nose in for the music blog... and came across a US based magazine called
Redefine. eye emailed them out of default about a problem with ordering and one of the links being dead.. and the editor in chief emailed back. eye haff been asking her questions via email and learnt some interesting things :)
eye will post these up when eye have finished emailing her, she will be a nice contact eye think!
eye got an email through from Steve, Holler, wild rose's PR and it turns out Morgan (female in the band) in coming to London and wants to take me out for lunch. Sounds like a giggle.. eye've invited my mate (shes a little more london wise than me because she goes to uni there) and we're going to make a day-trip of it, hurrah!
eye will leave with this little piece of stuff from Redefine:
